John is a Delivery Partner with Redwoods Leadership Group and leverages thirty years of business experience, including non-profit and C-suite tenure to help teams develop and execute vision. From publicly-traded firms such as Prudential, Allstate, and CSX Transportation to megachurches to small, local industries, John is excited to help teams gain clarity and mitigate mission friction through governance and stewardship.

With a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel and an M.B.A in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, he and his wife, Julie have been blessed with two children, Cailean and Zoe'.
